Child Watch Coordinator

The Child Watch Coordinator assists in overseeing the operations of the child watch and ensures a safe and engaging environment for members and their child. The position is responsible for demonstrating YMCA leadership competencies to ensure the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Greater Rochester are conveyed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Bring to this position maturity, responsibility, and a sincere interest in providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for children.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Must possess CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or have the ability within 60 days of employment.
