Youth and Family Coordinator

The Youth and Family Coordinator is responsible for planning, supervising, and implementing youth and family engagement programming at the YMCA of Greater Rochester. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, quality of programming, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• One year experience in a supervisory role
• Training and staff management skills
• Attention to detail and quality of programming
• Program development and organizational skills
• Ability to make independent decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications
