As a Business Area Lead, you will be responsible for steering the development and delivery of products or services for end customers, aligned with NMBS's strategic objectives. You will work across multiple areas to create value for NMBS and be part of the Customer Experience Solutions domain.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Over 7 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of project and people management
- Strong understanding of business and IT processes, focusing on the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in financial management
- Proficiency in process and project methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end development (mobile app, website) and back-end development (object-oriented programming, microservices)
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written, CEFR C level)
- Optional knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Optional knowledge of e-commerce
- Optional familiarity with the public transportation domain
