Job Description
YugabyteDB is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing Customer Support organization. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with YugabyteDB, its cloud infrastructure, and applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Provide timely, empathetic, and technically sound assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving distributed databases, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and application integrations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Documentation teams.
- Maintain detailed case documentation.
