Job Description
YugabyteDB is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. This role is vital in expanding YugabyteDB adoption within enterprise and strategic accounts, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The VP will lead a high-performing sales and field operations team, coach account executives, and drive pipeline development. This is a key leadership role focusing on growth and maintaining the YugabyteDB open-source relational database.
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales leadership in a VP or senior sales role.
- Track record of scaling enterprise sales teams.
- Deep experience with Challenger Sales and MEDDIC.
- Strong leadership through coaching.
- Expertise in pipeline development and management.
- Skilled at shaping and delivering value-based messaging.
- Attention to detail and operational rigour.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
