Job Description
ZainCash Iraq is a mobile wallet company aiming for Forbes's Top Fintech 2023 and 2024 recognition. They offer various financial services and are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee support for business-critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and minimizing service disruptions.
Requirements
- Oversee Level 2 support for both business-critical applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor all aspects of the tech stack including servers, microservices, databases, APIs, message queues, and network/security layers.
- Own configuration management across applications and infrastructure, maintaining consistency, version control, and rollback procedures.
- Lead incident response activities, ensuring proper root cause analysis (RCA) across application and system domains.
- Ensure all operations align with Central Bank regulations, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, IOS 20000 and fintech data integrity standards.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and monitoring Application Performance Monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK).
