Job Description
Zeal Group is a FinTech organization seeking an HR Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan. The role involves full-spectrum HR duties, including developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing performance reviews, and fostering employee relations. The company emphasizes a product- and people-focused environment with a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HR supervising role
- 2 years’+ solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
