As an HR Business Partner Plus+, you will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and contribute to a smooth and efficient business operation. You will also play a crucial role as a Management Assistant in the daily operation of our organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on recruitment and talent management
- Bachelor or Master in HRM, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, with attention to detail in formal documents (minutes, reports, and presentations)
- Proactive, empathetic, and people-focused approach
- Strategic and analytical insight into HR processes
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
- Good people management and employer branding skills
- Experience with HR tools and software (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Very structured, accurate, and discreet
