Financial Crime & Risk Lead

We are a fintech company looking for a Financial Crime & Risk Lead to shape and build our risk and fraud framework from the ground up. As a data-driven individual, you will design, implement, operate and improve risk management strategies to protect the company and our customers from financial crime while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in risk management within an Electronic Money Institution, Payment Services Provider, or Financial Services environment
• 3+ years of experience leading a team
• Strong proficiency in analytical languages such as SQL, Python and R
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and risk management frameworks
