Litigation Attorney - Mid

This role involves analyzing complex legal issues, assisting with litigation preparation, and drafting pleadings, motions and briefs for federal courts, administrative tribunals, and other adjudicative bodies in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Agency policies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admitted to a state bar in good standing
• Four (4) to eight (8) years of relevant post-bar legal experience
• Skill sets needed: Legal Research & Analysis, Legal Writing, Litigation Strategy, Oral Communication, Organization & Multitasking, Teamwork & Collaboration
• Proficiency in Google Applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
