Litigation Attorney - Senior

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to support the USAID Office of the General Counsel in providing senior-level legal advice on administrative and litigation matters. The role involves analyzing complex legal issues, drafting pleadings, and providing counsel on litigation strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to a state bar in good standing
• Eight (8)+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Proficiency in Google Applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with senior officials and stakeholders
