Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our hyper-growth AI product engine in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will engage with exec-level prospects, drive high-value pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, and partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing to run coordinated plays into priority accounts.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a sales or business development role (SMB, Commercial or Enterprise)
• Competitive, resilient, self-starting mindset
• Curiosity for AI, SaaS, and modern GTM motion
• Clear, confident communication - written and verbal
• Strong desire to build a long-term career in software sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
