PLG Sales Representative

We are seeking a Product Led Growth Sales Representative to join our team at Zendesk. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries from new and existing customers, providing exceptional support via chat and email, and collaborating with traditional sales professionals to optimize customer experiences and drive growth.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in a secondary language such as French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese
• Experience in a sales role or customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strategic thinking and tactical execution
