As a Team Lead Key Account Management, you will play a central role in the care and further development of our nationwide major customers. In addition to leading a growing team, you will be responsible for your own, highly relevant key account portfolio with a monthly sales volume of 1–2 million euros.
Requirements
- Experience in leading or managing account management, customer success, or B2B sales teams
- Strong commercial understanding in the areas of customers, expansion, sales, and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to implement processes, playbooks, and standards on team or departmental level
- Outstanding data-driven decision-making ability; safe handling of KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to improve performance through coaching and talent development
- Willingness to travel (1–3 roadshows per quarter in a region in Germany)
- Very good German and English language skills
