Zentiva is seeking a Corporate Quality Management System Manager to lead and manage the global GxP Training Program, own GxP training needs analysis & performance monitoring, create and maintain quality training materials & methods, and drive quality culture & cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or relevant Life Science field
- Minimum of 8 years in similar role or QMS role in pharma company
- Extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry
- In-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g., ICH, ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Experience delivering training
- Experience with learning management system
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to drive change and foster a culture of quality
- Experience in transformation, working in dynamic environment
- Advanced knowledge of English, Czech language is an advantage
- Skilled in Communication (impactful, assertive, and persuasive)
- Sense of urgency, high autonomy & stress resistance, agile personality
- Proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable, open minded, positive, and energetic person
- Possess strong continuous improvement mindset, negotiation and influencing skills
