Head of Global Out-Licensing – B2B Organization

Join Zentiva as Head of Global Out-Licensing and lead the development of the company's out-licensing strategy, building relationships with partners and managing the product catalog. The role involves strategic leadership, partnership development, portfolio management, P&L and performance management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a background in B2B licensing, business development, or international sales
• Strong understanding of market access, regulatory frameworks, and commercial models
• Experience in leading complex negotiations and closing international licensing deals
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong global network
• Strategic mindset with hands-on commercial execution abilities
• Deep understanding of pharma P&L, pricing models, supply chain, and partnership structures
• Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
