Group Consolidation Manager

Zentiva is seeking a Group Consolidation Manager for a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role leads the consolidation team responsible for compiling, analyzing, and delivering timely and accurate financial and operational results for the Group and its entities.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics or Finance, Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
• 10 years of finance experience and 3 years of people management experience on a global or regional role
• Strong technical skills, experience with design and management of data structures, SAP R/3 and/or HANA and global reporting systems
• Relevant experience in consolidation of accounts under IFRS, accounting methodology with an international group, possibly experience of accounting for acquisition of businesses
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and drive process improvement initiatives across an organization
• Able to adapt to a dynamic business and work environment and manage multiple priorities required
• Fluent in English
