Job Description
ZeroFox is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support the strategic growth of their client accounts. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, resolving issues, upselling, and maintaining positive relationships. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
