Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
