ZeroFox is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to their platform customers. The role involves managing the helpdesk, crafting messaging, automating tasks, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The specialist will leverage data-driven decision making and experience with both technical and non-technical disciplines.

Requirements

• Customersuccess /supportexperience typically obtained in 2-4 years
• Solid organizational & prioritization ability
• Excellentclient-facing communications
• Skilled in communicating system requests/issues/improvements/enhancements
• Strong attention to detail and product documentation
• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Project/Product Management, Data/IT or equivalent)
