Premier Loan Officer - CO Remote

Zillow Home Loans is seeking a Premier Loan Officer to join their team. The role involves originating mortgage loans, building referral relationships with real estate agents, and driving integrated transactions through Zillow's platform. The successful candidate will be a high-performing Loan Officer with a proven track record of success, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses
• Proven success in handling purchase loans and building referral business with real estate agents
• Completed the 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test - National Component with Uniform State Content
• Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, mortgage process knowledge, and ability to close loans successfully
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel in-market (5% of the time) to engage with agents and expand referral networks
