Sales Development Manager, Rentals

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to help us exponentially grow the Rentals marketplace. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic sales and business development team, developing strategic direction and coaching team members to achieve high sales productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of sales leadership experience with an emphasis on leading BDRs and SDRs on the top of the sales funnel.
• Thrives in and possesses experience in a start-up environment.
• Experience in a dynamic, high-energy sales environment.
• Skilled in identifying and overcoming roadblocks, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving while keeping the big picture in mind.
• Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals and KPIs.
• Ability to lead effectively in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment, navigating through ambiguity with confidence.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of influencing individuals at various levels within an organization, including C-level executives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
