Director, Revenue Accounting Operations

Zip is seeking a Director of Revenue Accounting to lead our critical revenue accounting operations. This is a demanding, high-visibility role ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is ready to get into the details while maintaining strategic oversight.

Requirements

• Oversee the end-to-end global revenue recognition and AR process
• Develop and maintain global revenue recognition policies and technical accounting memos
• Manage the end-to-end invoicing and collections process
• Manage the accounting for sales commissions
• Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk
• Develop and drive critical projects and initiatives related to systems, process optimization, and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors
