Job Description
Zip is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations, Incentive Compensation Lead to own the full lifecycle of GTM incentive compensation and drive revenue growth. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-impact GTM or strategy role.
