UX Designer

Zipdev is seeking a highly organized UX/UI Designer to overhaul the existing Figma interface, creating a structured and scalable component-based design system. The ideal candidate will focus on usability, interaction quality, and a compelling user experience for both developers and end users. This is a full-time remote position within the Latam region.

Requirements

• High English Level (C1+)
• 2+ years of experience in UX design or a related role
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles
• Ability to think critically and incorporate user feedback into design solutions
• Must be located in Latam
