UX Designer

Zipdev is seeking a highly organized UX/UI Designer to take ownership of a Figma project and create a reusable design system. The role involves organizing the project, prototyping, collaborating with engineers, and maintaining design consistency. Ideal candidate thrives on clarity, user-centered design, and visual precision.

Requirements

• High English Level (C1+)
• 2+ years of experience in UX design or a related role
• Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles
• Ability to think critically and incorporate user feedback into design solutions
• Must be located in Latam
