Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a highly experienced Global Category Manager to lead the sourcing and procurement strategy for Composites, Filters, Molding, Plastics, Pipes, and Valves. The role focuses on driving value improvement, productivity initiatives, and supplier relationship management, aligning with regional procurement goals and ensuring global competitiveness. The position involves defining and improving category strategies and leading cross-regional procurement teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global category management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering productivity and value improvement initiatives.
- Proven ability to work with regional procurement organizations.
- Strong expertise in one or more assigned categories.
- Experience in managing and developing international teams.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%).
