Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Territory Service Manager to join their team, focusing on recruiting, managing contract service centers, negotiating labor and travel, providing support to sales, and troubleshooting product issues. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills within a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with mechanical equipment installation & troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
- Effective business writing and communication skills.
- High calculation and financial sense.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
