Job Description
Fluidra is seeking a Territory Service Manager to oversee and manage a network of independent contract service centers. The role involves recruiting, negotiating contracts, responding to customer issues, and ensuring service standards are met. This position focuses on both product support and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to corporate.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience with mechanical equipment installation & troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Effective business writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English / Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
