Job Description
The Clinical Implementation Specialist (CIS) will coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives and act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL Ventilation hospital product line.
Requirements
- Customer consultation and collaboration with internal hospital stakeholders to personalize learner experience
- Organizing and conducting educational in-services in existing or new hospital accounts
- Act as a clinical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital Ventilation products
- Communicating account updates to the Team Supervisor and Sr Manager
- Acts as a project manager in planning/developing/executing all assigned educational events in a customer account
- Be a passionate advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting
