Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest, is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest. The role involves setting up equipment, training patients and caregivers, and following up with patients to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
• Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
• Spanish Speaking Preferred
