Patient Service Representative

The Cardiac Management Solutions division of ZOLL, manufacturer of the LifeVest®, is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) in an independent contractor role to train patients on the use and care of LifeVest®. The PSR will set up the equipment and train the patient and caregivers on the use and care of the device, and follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 year patient care experience
• Patient experience must be in a paid professional environment (not family caregiver)
• Patient experience must be documented on resume
• Completion of background check
• Florida and Ohio candidates must complete a level 2 screening, fee not paid by ZOLL
• Disclosure of personal NPI number (if applicable)
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance and/or valid state ID
• Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee which is deducted from a completed Work Order
• Willingness to pay for additional vendor credentialing (i.e. RepTrax) if needed geographically
