Zone IT Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Utilise effective verbal communication and customer service skills to engage with candidates and clients.
- Manage a blended call environment (inbound and outbound) to support recruitment activities.
- Listen actively to candidates and understand their career goals and motivations.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with recruiters, leadership, and peers.
- Document all actions taken on each candidate record, ensuring details such as contact information, notes, and follow-ups are up to date.
- Assist in achieving team targets for candidate engagement, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach — be persuasive, persistent, and empathetic while supporting both candidates and clients.
- Demonstrate maturity, honesty, and integrity in all communications.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you enjoy connecting with people.
- The ability to remain calm and empathetic in busy or challenging situations.
- A positive, ethical, and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Good organisation and attention to detail — able to maintain accurate records.
- Confidence and persistence in follow-ups and candidate engagement.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly
