Job Description
Zones, a Global Solution Provider for IT, is seeking a Solutions Architect – Lifecycle & Field Services to lead technical pre-sales and solutioning efforts. This role focuses on design and implementation of solutions across hardware, software, and managed services, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and competitive value. The position involves collaboration with vendors, sales, and delivery teams and requires up to 50% travel.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in IT service environments (service desk, field deployments, desktop engineering, device lifecycle, A/V systems)
- Knowledge of tools and platforms (ServiceNow, MECM (SCCM), Intune, VMware, Microsoft Virtual Desktop)
- 4+ years of experience in IT pre-sales or solution architecture
- 7+ years experience across hardware, software, professional services and managed services
