Job Description
Zopa is hiring a Head of Financial Crime to lead the first line financial crime function and build the next generation of financial crime capability. The role works directly with product squads to shape safe, commercially sustainable MVPs and design proportional, data-led controls.
Requirements
- Experience owning a broad range of financial crime controls
- Comfortable operating in product-centric, agile environments
- Proven ability to balance commercial and risk considerations
- Track record of translating regulatory expectations into pragmatic solutions
- Experience acting as a senior escalation point
