Job Description
Zarephath is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to deliver life skills training to youth and their caregivers, support social and economic self-sufficiency, and collaborate with the Department of Child Safety. This role involves building relationships with families and participating in reunification efforts. The position focuses on empowering youth and improving outcomes within safe and engaging environments.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working in behavioral health with youth and families
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
- CPR & First Aid Certification and negative TB test required
