Job Description
Zarephath is seeking a Bilingual Behavior Health Technician (BHT) to work with children and families facing behavioral health challenges. The BHT will provide life skills training, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the Department of Child Safety. This role focuses on creating supportive environments and promoting self-sufficiency. This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to transport youth and own a vehicle
- Spanish Language proficiency
