Regional Director, Public Sales

Zscaler is seeking a Regional Director to lead our Public Sales Go-to-Market team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing world-class sales talent, building development plans for each sales rep, and coaching and motivating your team to overachieve on targets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or SaaS industry
• A minimum of 3 years people management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level
