Certified Medical Assistant

This position involves assisting patients and their families in the clinical interaction with their provider, including patient intake, care coordination, and monitoring health outcomes. The Certified Medical Assistant will work under the supervision of the Site Manager, PCMH Care Coordinator, and Director of Nursing, emphasizing patient safety and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include patient education, accurate record keeping, and ensuring HIPPA compliance.
