Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide direct clinical care to patients at Zufall Health Center, acting as a primary care provider and advocate. They will collaborate with collaborating physicians and implement evidence-based care. This role involves team leadership, patient engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Trauma informed care principles knowledge
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Current RN license, NP certification, and DEA/CDS registration
- BLS certification
- Minimum of one year experience in a community health setting preferred
