Patient Representative I

Patient Representative I will act as a greeter to patients, answer the telephone, complete registration, and conduct intake as needed. The PR will direct patients to the appropriate destination, answer questions, and explain processes, as well as reviews required documentation and checks eligibility.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Bilingual English and Spanish required
• 1 year experience in customer service field
• 1 year of experience in collecting money or billing and insurances
• Possess a current, unrestricted New Jersey operator license or be able to efficiently use public transportation
• Knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word and electronic medical records
