Patient Representative I

The Patient Representative I acts as a greeter to patients, answers the telephone, completes registration, and conducts intake as needed. They support the mission and vision of the Zufall Health Center and maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, and electronic medical records
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work with very little supervision
• Adaptability to unanticipated changes in work flow or work process
• Bilingual English and Spanish
