Customer Solution Engineer

Zuora is a subscription-based company focused on enabling businesses to monetize new business models through sustainable growth. They are seeking a Customer Solution Engineer to be a subject matter expert on enterprise business transformation within the Zuora ecosystem, and leverage that to provide exceptional technical value to potential customers. The role involves onboarding, sales, and building relationships within the account to drive adoption of Zuora's platform.

Requirements

• Complete Zuora’s in-depth onboarding and sales training.
• Own the technical relationships with a deep understanding of customer needs and constraints.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to a C-Level audience.
• Create end-to-end use case-specific demonstrations.
• Secure technical wins by differentiating Zuora against the competition.
• Act as the front-line liaison to product management.
• Responsible for defining & monitoring the business case.
• Work with product & solution mgmt to share context.
