Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Director of Product Management to guide the long-term vision and strategic direction of the organization and commercialize new products in the markets. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement strategic and NPD initiatives, and collaborate closely with management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the business unit’s strategic plan, and commercialization strategies for new products
- Product vision and strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy to align with overall business objectives, market trends, and customer needs
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities & threats, customer needs and opportunities for product differentiation
- Organizational Alignment: Foster a culture of strategic thinking and alignment across departments and business units
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and channel partners
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and new market expansions
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives
- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers, reps, opinion leaders, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify unmet needs
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team, product management and manufacturer reps to gather necessary requirements for sales enablement
- Channel Management: Identify and evaluate distribution channels, partners, and sales channels to maximize market reach and penetration
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercialization team
