BinaryLogic is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth in the Alberta market. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and qualifying leads for the Managing Director – Sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or related role with technology sales.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills: phone, email, LinkedIn, and event networking.
- Ability to quickly learn BinaryLogic's service offerings and communicate them effectively in early-stage conversations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, or MSP environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (minimum 1 year required).
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple outreach sequences simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
