Director of Finance - FP&A

We are seeking a Director of Finance – FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role is responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support executive decision-making and long-term strategic planning. The role will involve leading a team, developing financial models, and collaborating with various finance functions.

Requirements

• Lead the FP&A function, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial drivers and support operational decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and other finance functions.
• Support M&A activities.
• Experience with advanced financial planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
