Job Description
1Password is growing rapidly and seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to guide mid-market teams and business customers through established best practices, demonstrating an understanding of their structure and needs while guiding them throughout their 1Password lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in revenue-generating roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role
- Strong communication skills over email, phone, and video call
- Experience with and passion for helping people or businesses use software to be more productive and efficient
- Technical savvy and ability to learn new products and translate technical terms for customers
