Senior UX Researcher

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment
• Proven success running mixed-methods research independently
• Strong research craft — from planning and recruiting to synthesis and insight delivery
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills
• Ability to influence product decisions and challenge assumptions with empathy and data
• Experience working in agile squads or tribes
• Passion for coaching and helping teams scale their research maturity
