Business Development Director (Justice)

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Business Development Director to drive pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency for the U.S. federal government. The role involves capturing deals, building relationships, and contributing to the development of capabilities for key accounts. This position reports to the Department of Justice and requires a deep understanding of Accenture Federal Services offerings.

Requirements

• Successful sales experience as a Business Development Director in the federal marketplace
• Experience using formal sales capture processes
• Experience in consulting services, business process outsourcing, or information technology, services, and markets
• Experience in relevant federal, state/local government acquisition processes
• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, ability to work under pressure
• Experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and winning work
