Director, Compensation and Benefits is a strategic leader responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the company’s global compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years experience in compensation and/or benefits, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market analysis, job evaluation, and benefits regulations.
• Experience leading annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals in a global company.
• M&A experience is required.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
